Design & Role
This home’s design began with a simple goal: make modern living feel effortless and welcoming. The exterior uses crisp, light grey limestone to give the house a clean, contemporary face, while dark wood accents on the balcony and façade add warmth and character. Inside, every room was planned to make the most of sunlight and open space, so the entire home feels bright, airy, and easy to move through.
Step inside to discover open, sunlit spaces where wide walkways and thoughtfully arranged rooms encourage easy movement. The layout is designed to maximize natural light, making the home feel welcoming and comfortable for everyday life.
The end result? A full set of architectural drawings, a clear modern design concept, and a home layout that truly works for everyday living.
As the architectural technologist behind this project, I designed every aspect of the home from concept sketches to final plans. My approach combined creative vision with technical precision, ensuring that each detail serves both modern style and everyday comfort. Every space, material, and feature was thoughtfully chosen to bring the design to life exactly as imagined.
