About Jeremiah Kiggundu.

I’m Jeremiah Kiggundu, an Architectural Technologist (Durham College, Class of 2026) with a global perspective. Born and raised in Uganda, now living in Ontario, I love discovering how thoughtful design can make everyday spaces come alive. For me, it’s all about creating environments that look great and feel just right, with people at the center.

Moving to Canada was an adventure in itself! Suddenly, I was surrounded by new ways of building, cool sustainable design ideas, and digital tools that were totally different from what I knew in Uganda. These fresh perspectives made me even more excited to blend creativity and technical skills, and to prove that good design really can change a community for the better.

When I’m not sketching or designing, you’ll probably find me watching soccer. I’m a huge fan of Liverpool F.C. and FC Barcelona. Those massive stadiums and buzzing crowds always get my imagination going! I dream of designing spaces that bring people together and pack in just as much energy as a match day crowd.

At Durham College, I picked up skills in architectural drafting, building layout planning, and digital design. AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, you name it. My favorite thing? Taking wild ideas and turning them into real, buildable spaces that work in the real world.

I’m on the lookout for my next adventure, maybe with a creative architecture firm or a team that loves trying new things. I want to help design places that matter, learn from the best, and add a little inspiration wherever I go. If you’re building something exciting, let’s connect!
